Great location in Stockholm’s “old town” (Gamla Stan). My room was clean and adequate. It was small and no frills. Exactly what I was looking for. If you’re expecting a US-style room with lots of space, this ain’t it. But it’s good enough at a great location. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the Royal Palace and other nearby attractions. If you’re looking for a quaint hotel that checks off the box for old-world style, this is a great option.

We loved the location of this property, especially being near Statue of St. George slaying the Dragon. The staff was friendly and had cookies and candies for the kids (and their dad too), anytime we came by reception. There is a mini-breakfast available for a charge, but restaurants nearby, and if looking for best deal - 7/11 is 24/7 with Swedish traditional breakfasts. As for a negative, we had a family room, but our bathroom was out in a hallway, and separately our shower was in another room - it was not a fun aspect.
