"I just needed a room for 1 night as I was traveling. The reservation process was easy and efficient. I would be arriving late and called ahead to let the front desk know. Staff was very friendly and noted my reservation. When I arrived the clerk at the desk was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and quiet. Check out was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. I was very happy with my stay! "

"On checking in, the front desk attendant was quite friendly greeting me with a smile and salutations. The hallways and common areas were very clean as was the room. The room was nicely decorated with a rustic theme which was different but interesting. The wi-fi was very good - strong and quick connect. Outside the hotel, the grounds were well tended and nicely landscaped. Excellent parking. "

"The bed was comfortable, the room a generous size, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Red Lion, Yakima, is old and not maintained well. There are obvious wear marks on the laminate, porcelain (chip and stain), and what I hope was only black ink stains on the sheets. The surrounding area hosts a couple of homeless camp sites and I did not feel safe walking there."
