The bedsheets were not changed from a previous guest and there was big blood stains on the sheets. Definitely will not stay here agin

It was nice and comfortable. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. And no bathrooms neer the pool. Other that that everything was great.

Staff was great- room felt dirty and dingy - paid a lot so we were disappointed. Tub was dirty- whole place needed dusted. I wiped down lamps and switches and it was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Fantastic stay
I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in South Bend Indiana..The customer service was top notch. Our room was very clean, beds was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. I will be booking with Hilton from now on.....

The grassy areas around the hotel had not been mowed. I can't believe I was charged a parking fee. Other than that the room and the rest of the facility was nice and clean. Brooke from the front desk was wonderful.

The facilities are not new, but they are well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and in good order. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Great overall value.

The inside was nice and breakfast was good. Bad was the parking lot. There were used drug needles all over the lot. My daughter almost got out of the car and stepped on a used needle.

This is the second Hampton I've stayed at in the last month. They both were overall tired propeerties...the interiors and rooms ok but again tired. The outside of both needed help...dieing shrubs ect...not attractive or up to standard. The people as I entered and left the property were undesirables and made me anxious
