This is my second time staying here. It is located right across the street from Avera McKennan Campus and the room rate is inexpensive. Best things: best hotel beds and pillows I have slept on in all of my travels around the US and world. Hands down. Not great: hallways and rooms smell, rooms are minimalist in their furnishings, rooms are clean but physically old looking(patched walls, rust marks in shower). It is a budget hotel that looks like a budget hotel. When you are weary from traveling across the state for medical care (with growing medical bills) and just need a place to sleep before traveling home, without driving through Sioux Falls traffic, this hotel is right across the street. Our room had a frig and microwave so we brought the food we like to eat. This hotel does not deserve 5 stars but it deserves the absolute strongest 2 star rating I have ever experienced. Will always stay here for all of our medical appts.
