Instead of turning us away, the staffs accommodated our needs and went above and beyond to prep the rooms for us so we can check in early. While awaiting for our room, cold drinks and cold towels were provided to relieve us from the summer heat. Space is super clean, breakfasts are plenty and staffs are excellent and so very attentive. Accommodations over all couldn’t be better. "

"Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! They arranged complimentary tansportation to/from the airport. Every staff member at the hotel was friendly and personable (cracking jokes, asking about our tours/plans etc). They arranged an awesome tour of Angkor Wat the night before we wanted to go. Breakfast was included and with omelette station as well as Western/traditional breakfast items. The lobby was open/airy with a pool and our rooms were spacious with a great shower and AC unit....

"Our first visit to Cambodia and so impressed with the staff at Borei Angkor and the hotel in general. So friendly and helpful. Organised two days of transport and a guide for the temples which was a great experience. Food options excellent with lots of breakfast options included in the price. Nice pool area. If you want some nightlife then Pub Street takes about 20 mins to walk or 5 mins in a Tuk Tuk. Unreservedly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap. "

"Great design and beautiful rooms. Staff is polite and eager to assist. But you can see corners being cut as they struggle to operate with low guest numbers. No bar staff at the pool, fountains turned off, paper napkins in the restaurant. No mini bar. A great 4 star property but really a 5."
