"Great location and excellent staff. Bathroom looked tired and needs refresh with some attention to the shower facilities and the basin is far too large and affects access into the bath. We had a great stay just spoiled one morning with a chap with big glasses didn’t listen to my request for soya milk and tried to belittle the request and then talked non-stop very loudly for the whole of breakfast - I think he was a manager but all other staff were brilliant 5 stars!!!"
