A walk through memory lane. Morning walks, It’s a Wonderful Life Museum, small finger lakes experience. The Gould Hotel was a time traveling treat to a world before the turn of the century.

The Gould was extremely clean and beautiful. Front desk staff had such good customer service. Bar, entertainment and food was so on point. We came to celebrate our 19 year Anniversary and we don't regret anything. 10 out of 10will most definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone we know.

Clean, simple room in a convenient location for a very reasonable price. Normally stay in Auburn when coming to visit family and tried The Gould just as a change of pace. Significantly better hotel option than anything in Auburn in my opinion. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Second time we have stayed at this property and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff, especially the manager. They are very accommodating and helpful. The room itself is very clean both high ceilings and updated fixtures. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Had a wonderful stay. The tv needs updated but understandable. The room was beautifully remodeled. Felt comfortable. Manager was wonderful and understanding when some of our family had to leave for their sick child.

We love coming to Seneca Falls and love staying at the Gould Hotel when it's convenient. This time was especially great for to the fact that the price was more affordable and our room was more spacious. Love it!!

Great for a place to stay in Seneca Falls
Everything was really nice. The GM was very customer friendly as well. There was one rude employee in the whole place—older gentleman running the desk earlier in the day—but we didn’t let his bad attitude ruin our stay and the place is very clean and beautiful and we will come back!

The Gould Hotel is a gem in a quaint little town. This was our second stay. The price is very reasonable and you are downtown to walk places easily. The rooms have been updated, mattresses comfortable and the bar/restaurant service is very good and convenient. Just cold breakfast but included. The coffee at the restaurant is terrible-so drink alternative or use the Keurig in the room.

The property was as described and we were happy we stayed at the Gould. However, at this time of the year there was very little open in the area. The hotel itself was extremely quiet so we passed on meals because we did not want to be the only ones dining. Our room was fine but a comfortable chair would have been nice. Only one chair ( folding) was in the room which meant sitting on the bed. Also, the microwave did not work. Again, generally The Gould met our expectations.

Great stay
We’ve stayed here a number of times and love it. Our room was fantastic, but my only criticism would be the water pressure in the shower is terrible. The food in the restaurant is excellent, but the bar staff doesn’t onow what they’re doing. Ordered a Negroni and the head bartender, who was training a new hire, proceeded to give me a shaken Negroni topped with club soda. The Campari was full of fruit flies, as was my drink. Bar/restaurant are not part of the hotel.

The manager and workers were so friendly and accommodating. Too bad the town itself was mostly a ghost town during the winter. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
