"The property worked great for us as it was very close to SRQ and they provide complimentary airport shuttle. The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make us happy!"

"We needed an assessable room and reserved one. We would like to give you some ideas for people who need assessable living space. 1. We need a firm bed. Our bed was way too soft. We need to be able to push off of the bed to transfer to a wheelchair. 2. We need a shower that we can use as well as our caregiver. The shower head needs to be on a slide as well as to be able to hand hold. 3. We need Handicap parking with a ramp. I have this hotel 5 stars because they tried. There was no handicap parking. We had to do a step up get on the sidewalk. It’s not too high but high enough to make it a problem for wheelchair use. Yes, it could be better. But you guys put some thought into it and tried to accommodate people who needed assessable living. Associates were very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay. "
