I did not like the walk to my room. It seemed like a city block to get to room from lobby. After walking for hours in city, I dreaded the long walk when we returned to hotel.

Good location and super helpful staff. Super convenient location and a nice pool. However, I did have a couple issues. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, so after 5 nights it was really a problem. The only other thing was we had trouble exiting the downstairs door several times. Sometimes it would open, and sometimes it wouldn’t……very frustrating because there is NOT a key reader on the inside of those doors. In the case of a fire it could REALLY be a problem. So it was a pretty good stay, but next time I’ll try something different.

Some rooms, the one we were given had no privacy directly the windows were 3-4 feet from parked cars in the lot and motorcycles. Air conditioning not working. You couldn’t talk to front desk no answer. So our first night terrible but they changed our room and treated us with a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries, and the remaining of our stay was uneventful

We booked a king bed room, we got a double queen but the beds were maybe full size at best and they refused to fix it even after I provided proof of booking. The pool was dirty, the curtains were ripped, the comforters had stains, there were dogs barking in the other rooms. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and our room was on the first and the 2nd floor hallway smelled terrible. Our room window was even with the parking lot so cars were parked two feet from our window. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8am and I saw her looking under to door for movement to see if we were there. Parking is $27 a day and the breakfast buffet is $20 a day. I won’t stay here again.
