I've always been pretty happy with La Quinta hotels but I was very disappointed with this location. The outside is very well maintained. The interior needs a major overhaul. The staff could be a little more friendly. Our room looked very well used and in need of some TLC. We had a room with two Queen beds one of the beds had a big brown stain on the sheets. We called the front desk and they sent someone up with clean sheets for us to change. The toilet seat was very loose and in need of replacing. I asked if the person at the front desk if there was a smoking area so I could smoke a cigar she said the parking lot was the smoking area , I didn't complain and complied with the rules. A few hours later there were two guys smoking weed outside their front door of their room and right below my room.

The rooms are remodeled and very clean. Linens are soft and clean. Bed is a little soft. Bathrooms are modern and high-end showers. Breakfast is adequate.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely unsafe. There are drug dealers and homeless people on the property. A few guys were standing behind my door smoking and talking loudly till 4-5 in the morning. Didn't get to sleep for even an hour. I felt so unsafe that I didn't even want to leave my room. The two receptionists were high when I checked in and very unprofessional. After calling them and letting them know about my situation, they said they'd have security come up and check but no one came. I had to check out the second day for feeling unsafe.

I kept having trouble with house keeping entering my room when i had a Do not disturbe sign i complaint to assistant manager and she careless i got a water and a cookie for my inconvenience i was in my room changing when someone open door and it was a cleaning lady she closed it and said sorry i open door They steal your stuff low key
