A great location but needs a fair bit of work
"A good stay but it would have been better if the bar was open, not just at weekends and there was an option for the evening meal (which was OK but only just). The evening meal was "almost cold" seafood soup followed by "warm" salmon. No choice. We weren't even told about it. Staff were great and ..."

"I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again."
