Beautiful updated property in an old city. Hot water worked in faucets and shower, ac and heater was fast in the room, and I had a water dispenser on my floor. I wish the breakfast selection with a little more than what they provided, especially for such a large hotel, but free hot breakfast is always a plus.

THe minute I walked in the door the staff was there to help, with parking, luggage, everything to make our stay the best! Jamal gave me a couple of parking options. I’ll stay here again. So convenient when going to the ballpark.

This was the perfect location for our trip to San Francisco! It is so easy to walk to Oracle Park for a baseball game and had easy access to the metro system. The rooms were spacious and so clean. We did wish that there was a valet option and parking with the hotel. Overall, we had the best time!

We were told that the inside restaurant had recently reopened & were very disappointed to find that it wasn’t.

Thank you for your feedback! I apologize if there was a miscommunication regarding the restaurant. The ground floor restaurant, Kaiyo, is open but could have been closed at the time you wanted to visit. They are currently open for dinner service only, from 5pm-11pm or so. Again, we apologize for this miscommunication but hope you are able to come back to the property to experience all of our amenities!

Front staff very welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. Beds comfortable, clean. We only spent one night, breakfast area loved. Had the fire table on made it relaxing, inviting eating there. Food was great.

Pro: A great hotel for Giant fans just half a block away. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. We love and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be booking this hotel for more upcoming games. Con: No hotel parking. Had to park across the street (private lot). Which can get pretty expensive during the game. But overall we had such a great experience.

Absolutely the best hotel, especially if you’re going to a Giants game. Unbelievably great staff, accidentally had a credit card fall out of my wallet when I was getting my room key and the staff had it at my door within a minute.
