There are two elevators, only one is open, the elevator is very slow, tell the front desk to clean, no room cleaning, call four times to ask for bath towels, about 45 minutes later, the hotel restaurant does not open on weekends, can only order takeaway, parking There is no credit card verification in the field, and parking charges are also very unreasonable

I wasn't keen on the sewer smell in the restroom. I stayed three nights and the smell was there every day! I also wasn't satisfied with the TV in my room. The connection was horrible and was in and out every time I turned it on. I like to watch the news before going to bed and it was impossible because of reception/connection. Also, I had come back to the hotel after a long day and asked for a bottle of water. The front desk agent was rude and wouldnt give me one. I also wasnt informed about the parking pass that needed to be placed in the car upon check in. I happened to notice that other cars in the lot had something in the dash so I had went to ask a different front desk agent (because the one that checked me in was already gone) and they said it was needed to prevent my car from being towed. Glad I was observant and asked, but shouldnt have had to do that. I most likely wont stay again at this location.

After checking-in I requested to switch rooms. The front desk was very accommodating in that request but in my haste I left my $400 headphones in the original room. I realized my mistake just 30 minutes later but when I alerted the front desk they had already re-assigned the room to someone else. The hotel manager said she would follow up the next day but after (3) three additional visits to the front desk the following morning I was sadly informed that the hotel guests had checked out taking my headphones and the Double Tree front desk Manager Gabrielle never even spoke to them once about my headphones. She instead had housekeeping finally sweep the room after they left with me standing there knowing what the outcome would be. Furthermore, as of right now, it is roughly 36 hours later and I have yet to be contacted by a Hilton resolution specialist in regards to the matter. My claim No. 161842264 remains open and unresolved.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past. The most recent time was about 10-12 years ago. Both times were very pleasant. So I was expecting the same level of experience with this visit. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. We booked a junior suite, for some reason I thought that would be a room with some sort of partition or something like that. No, it was just a larger room. The first room that we were given felt weird and dingy. Then just went to the bathroom and realized that the toilet was leaking. When I called to ask for help with the situation, a handyman was sent up. When he came in he wasn't friendly at all. It was as if we were bothering him. He said he was just going to caulk the toilet and hope it didn't leak again. As it was already late in the day, I didn't want to risk getting settled with my kids then having to move it or leaked later in the night. So I went to the front desk and asked to just be moved to another room. The lady at the front desk wasn't apologetic or kind about it at all. But she did move us when we asked. Over all the hotel was just run down and kind of gross. They are currently under construction so hopefully these kinks will be worked out. But as of right now, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here at all.

Overall, it was fine. One elevator was out of order causing delays Also I didn’t find the coffee maker till the second day. There was no shower cap provided which was not convenient. But overall the location is good and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The internet service provider does not have enough bandwidth. It causes their beautiful new large TVs to buffer, pixelate and at times not play. The air conditioner was not working properly for greater than 24 hrs. The hotel is being upgraded so many rooms have not been updated and of the two elevators one did not work causing increased wait times. The staff was excellent despite the properties shortcomings and should be held up.

An older property and some things were not working all the time. The TV kept going out and plumbing and such was hit and miss. Lots of noise from other guests and one elevator was out of service. Not what I expect from a doubletree.

Hello Dieter,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recently changed all our TVs to the 65 inch in the room and mounted them on the wall. We will look into why it kept going out and address it right away. As for the elevator, we are in the process of replacing the entire unit to improve our guest experience. Thank you.

Despite the construction it was clean and quiet. Seems to be some plumbing issues. Our first room had a toilet that ran nonstop very loudly. They immediately moved us to a different room. The shower faucet got stuck on but we eventually got it off. Also, a musty, slightly sewage odor a few times over the 2 days we stayed. Libby, restaurant and pool area were all clean and very nice.

The second floor hall smelled like sewers and dirty water. And when we got in the room old carpet smell. Other then that room was ok bathroom doors are extremely hard to push open and close.

The outside patio was large and peaceful with lots of options of things to do and enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and paint splattered as if they were not done with a renovation. The second elevator was broken but we were notified of it before arrival.

The hotel is really outdated, but clean. One elevator was out of service, and the other was always crowded. We had to go up to the top floor first before going down, and then stop at each floor on the way down.

Hannah and Kate were great! The manager was terrible and inhospitable. My room was given away and the room I received was nasty. The drain had hair and waste attached to it that was over a foot long. When was the last time it was cleaned? An absolute health hazard.
