Customer oriented. Perfect location. Easy to get to, close to the freeways. Always very clean and in repair. Staff is very polite and professional. Customer service is very important to me, more than the price. And it's what determines where I stay. The Hilton Garden Inn, San Bernardino, always gives me to that great service.
