We had a perfect room with a view down onto the river walk. We ate all our meals within a few steps of the hotel. The staff could not have been nicer..

The Omni La Mansión Hotel at the Riverwalk in San Antonio was a perfect venue for my husband and I to spend our 50th wedding anniversary at! The location was perfect, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable of their jobs and they’re kind and courteous as well. It’s an older hotel which has been well maintained and updates have been made over the years. Our room was pretty, well equipped with amenities and very comfortable. We had a narrow balcony through our French doors which opened to the street (it was a nice area to have my morning, coffee and pastry). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni at the Riverwalk in San Antonio Texas. When we come back for another visit, we’re about four hours away, will definitely choose to stay with your hotel again thank you so much. And, kudos to all of your Omni staff.

My family liked that when you walked out to the river walk from the hotel it was right in front of “Selena’s Bridge”. What we didn’t like was the parking situation you have to deal with at this hotel! You either have valet parking which is always full or parking garage across the street which is always full or of course park two blocks down at another parking garage for $20 and walk. Oh and no free internet, just so you know LOL. But other than that nice hotel.

We were disappointed that there wasn’t the great breakfast buffet that we had been to many years ago. Not any snacks or soft drink machines on the property. Overall nice. Staff was wonderful!!

I love this hotel and think it truly is one of my favorite places to stay, ever. My ONLY complaint is that the price of parking in the garage has gone up more and is ridiculous Otherwise, perfect stay

It was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. The only negative was the bed- the mattress was so hard on my bed I woke up with a bad backache and had to reposition. My travel companion said her bed was too soft. I wish we had switched, but I don’t think mine was going to be comfy for anyone!

On Expedia I booked a room with a balcony. When I arrived to Omni, I got the room without windows. Dark room without a single window. So I don't who deserves 1 star, Expedia or Omni La Mansion. You decide

The ability to walk to the venue we were attending was extremely helpful, especially during Fiesta time. There was horrible traffic, so walking was the best thing!
