Staff friendly and helpful & the hotel was clean and well presented with lots of lovely plants. The room was fine though placement of plug sockets a little strange - half way up the walls with no shelf to place items on to charge or difficult to reach in small cubbyhole next the bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in room but kettles were available to use in the lobby. Would recommend. "
