This property is not 88 compliant.You have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to your room.I couldn't Check-in.I am disabled and unable to do flights.Stairs, this needs to be refunded immediately.The hotel tried to tell me it's 88 compliant.Because it has handicapped parking spaces.Well how the hell are you supposed to get up two flights of stairs. Never got even entered the room and I'd better not be charged.

There is no breakfast as advertised. One person will say it's because of the elevator remodel, another will say they might never bring it back because they are going to be contracting and franchising out to a bigger hotel chain. The elevator is out so be prepared to pack your luggage up the stairs. The pool was closed every night but one. The water was a bit cloudy but not unusable. There is no hot tub as advertised. It's been filled with concrete. The workout room, sauna and steam room are not open and their doors are padlocked. Rooms do not have a dresser, although there is a closet, iron and ironing board. Our room was spacious but it was an ada room on the second floor that obviously was unusable due to the elevator not working. It was a room with a bed and a heater if needed. Good for a night or two but overpriced for getting none of the amenities that are advertised.

Friendly staff, and such convenience, especially since we literally booked our room on the road at night. My biggest issue is your sign. Illuminate that thing!! At least put a flashlight on it, because we had to turn around after we realized we had drove right by the hotel.

This is a very reliable motel property with large rooms and comfortable accommodations. This property os aging and clean. Management is planning a major elevator upgrade.
