Rooms seemed abit dated especially bathroom no fan shower over bath with a curtain, jug and cups in drawer under tv, had to use bathroom basin to wash cups. But very comfortable bed.

We were so disappointed with this property. We booked due to them advertising a hot tub and onsite Spa and extended our planned stay in Rotorua by an extra day to give ourselves time to enjoy the facilities. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak and booking in massages so we were incredibly disappointed when we discovered on arrival that under-16’s were not permitted in the hot tubs or Spa and that the Spa was not even open on the days of our stay. The “heated” pool was tepid so again, very disappointed. Walking through the hotel trying to get to poolside bar, pool, etc,,,,many access routes were closed for renovations and signage was non-existent for detours. This hotel advertised as being child-friendly; it most certainly was not. Felt we wasted the extra day we could have moved on to another place to explore. Would not return.

Property is tired looking, shower over bath not good for the price. TV channels what you got in 1990s. Could not find price for breakfast or dinner menus anywhere on internet. Went elseware. In saying this I have stayed there many times over the years, but there is better value for money now. First room was not serviced. They gave me the wrong room. Otherwise staff were good.
