"This Hotel was the nicest ive been to in a while. Definitely the nicest for the price! I always hate the pillows they have so i always bring my own. The pilows on the bed(4) were even better my own. "When we got there, we were to get a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. They gave us 2 queen beds and no couch. we paid extra for couch. the next day I talked to the front desk & they said since we booked through you, this was the best they could do and no refund on extra charges & in order to get the room we booked we would have needed to book through Best Western."
