"Hi, I actually selected this hotel without knowing anything about it - the only thing I knew that it was relatively close (less than an hour drive) to Roma's Fiumicino Airport. "The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable."
