The Keys didn’t work. The halls were terribly smelly , pee and smoke. The room smelled like cigar smoke. The bathroom doors didn’t work. One side got stuck .

I felt very unsafe when I arrived at the hotel. There were people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby. They appeared to be under the influence of something. I did not want to stay there for fear of my safety and immediately informed the front desk clerk that I wanted to immediately cancel my booking stay at this hotel.

The elevator needs to be updated. It was dirty and our floor button was missing and floor readout was not readable. Too many vagrants on our floor (4th) hanging out in the hallway. It would be nice if you had a few more handicapped spaces.
