"The hotel is clean but room is not ready when tried to check in around 4pm. The restaraunt in the hotel is average, taste is not so good. "

"I stayed at the hotel for a week in March 2024. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a safe residential neighborhood with many restaurants near by. The convention center is about 8 mins away by cab. The breakfast is excellent"

"This is a total disaster. No reception for check in. Hotels.com confirmed the booking but Eversunshine Residence wasn't aware of the booking at all. Obviously there was a huge communications gap. After hours waiting in late night, Eversunshine Residence confirmed no partnership/relation with Hotels.com and kicked me out at 10:30pm. All payment was made to Hotels.com ahead of time but till now no one reached back to me to handle this."

"When I arrived at the hotel by a taxi, I had trouble with paying the driver as I only had a credit card which was not an acceptable method. One of the hotel staff helped me with the payment! I really appreciated it. Many of the staff members didn’t speak English, but they were so courteous and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous. The hotel room was spacious. I liked it very much."

"The property is nice but very poor management. The staff are friendly and want to help but no proper training. Very poor food. Food is focused only on chinese customers."
