Our flight arrived very early but the staff was super accommodating, friendly, and helpful with getting us and our five month old baby checked in early. We have stayed as many places with our newborn but the friendliness of the staff, the service of the facilities, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the room have been by far the best. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who checked us in because she was truly amazing. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

Staff is extremely helpful and accomodating to one's needs and preferences. They remember you and greet you by name each visit, it can be months between reservations, and throughout your stay. Good people.

This place was very nice & clean. The happy hour on Wednesday was an added bonus. I don’t think they should charge for parking.

My stay was horrible. I was lied to about security and my vehicle was stolen over night then the manager failed to contact me to assist with my vehicle being stolen. I will never return to this hotel again I am infuriated.

What was unique also is what was terrible. I had a problem with my room from the start . First they were overbooked and they put me in a room I did not want. Management never responded to the noise which was caused by their machinery . I was forced to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room because of noise in the bedroom.

The room was a decent size and the kitchen area was a huge plus. Also liked that we were tucked back in a neighborhood and not on a busy street but still easy access to the 680 and the 242.

The property is located in a residential neighborhood. It is relatively quiet and easy to reach. It is also about a couple of miles of the 680 Highway. There are several restaurants within a short distance of the property. The property is very clean, both inside and outside. It is relatively quiet during the day and night. The free breakfast is good even though the selections are not much. Check-in is at 3 and check-out at 12 noon. What I don't like is that they charge for parking within the property premises.

I tripped and fell. 0n a rainy day, carrying several items, I did not notice a paver that was several inches higher than the others, tripped and subsequently fell. Though the hotel staff were concerned and offered help after this, I must say that the injuries and treatment I needed as a result, ruined my visit.

This lodging does not focus on customer service. Desk help has no assistance power for the guest. Desk help is very unclear of times and shifts for Manger or Asst Manager. Staying during a holiday impacted the situation more. Manager is hard to reach, does not respond to left messages. The cleaning crew seems pleasant and hard working. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean. The room was not deep cleaned since we did find trash behind end tables and the bed was uncomfortable.

We have reached out to you in regard to your concern during your stay, as we have explained that the manager is on duty starting at 9am and when we have spoken with you, you said that we have to deal with Hilton guest assistance, so we respect your wishes since you don't want to deal with us the management. If we have known of your issue or the inconvenience of the fire life safety inspection, we would more than happy to arrange something for you. Safety of our guest and staff will always be our first priority, and the state mandated inspection needs to be done, and our apologies for the inconvenience that it causes you.
Homewood Suites is the best place to stay at for our family of 6! There was plenty of space. We love how spacious our room was and not only that but we had free breakfast. The breakfast food taste really good. We are planning at staying in another Homewood Suites for our next trip soon.
