"True relaxation in paradise!!!! We absolutely loved our time here on Phi Phi Island and at Zeavola! The staff were lovely and gracious! We can’t wait to take another vacation here. Especially wonderful for couples. There are trees planted in honor of couples who marry here. Neat to see how large some of those trees have become! The resort was quite peaceful and not crowded. "The room was nice. Nothing special. Hard bed(which I like) very nice view from my room of the ocean. Now here are the downfalls, which for these reasons I would not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. The hotel is far from the port, which means you need to take a water taxi which is about 30 min away. "Nice hotel in a nice location. Some reception staff are more helpful than others. Breakfast is awful. Cleaning staff take all of 1 minute to "refresh" your room. At check in you're asked to give a 1000 baht deposit, which is absolutely fine. At check out we were told that a bottle opener was missing from our room. "This place is perfect for you if you plan on staying at the resort. If you want to visit the main part of town to eat, explore, party, shop… maybe consider a resort closer to the pier/main part of town. Sadly, the resort is only accessible via taxi boat (long tail boat) which costs 100-150 baht per person depending on the time you leave. Yes, there is a free taxi boat shuttle from the pier to the resort when you arrive and leave but otherwise you are on your own for transportation. It’s also worth mentioning that you get in the taxi boats through the beach (your shoes and feet will get wet). Otherwise, the staff is kind and friendly (they decorated my room for my birthday and gave us an upgrade in terms of the bungalow). The food is good and affordable given the location and the resort is beautiful since it is right on the beach and has its’ own private section. The bungalows are on a steep hill but you can grab a ride in a truck from the main lobby. All in all, an enjoyable stay and my sister and I would return there!"
