We have been told by Italians that Perugia is not much of a tourist destination. It was never too crowded and was a great place to spend our holiday.
Old Town Perugia is noteworthy for its historic sites, and you can make a stop at top attractions like Palazzo dei Priori and National Gallery of Umbria.
While Ponte d'Oddi might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Roman Aqueduct and Church of San Michele Arcangelo.

Didn’t love the town of Perugia. Not as charming as the other cities we visited. Won’t go back there. But it was close to Gubbio and cortona which we loved!

Really neat old city. The mini metro is a unique and convenient transportation system from the bus and train stations to the old city
