I liked the friendly service at the desk. The room was clean and quiet. My only complaint was the downstairs area was overrun with noisy children but that is not the fault of the hotel. The location was also convenient. I would gladly stay here again

The staff was rude. We were told they didnt have a double queen that we booked and prepaid for. She said she could only give me a king, which didnt work for 3 people. I called the main customer service line and returned to the hotel to have a different staff member at the desk and we got our room immediately. The bathroom is setup weird. There is no exhaust fan or grip handles in the shower. The a/c is motion detected, so it shuts off when you're asleep, onky to wake up hot. The wifi isn't free. We had to park a block away to get to the hotel. Parking was $20 for overnight, but that was partly due to the nightly fee being lower than the daily fee. Bath items are there, but they're shared with previous occupants. It was a pretty at first glance, but definitely not a place I'd go back. The front desk acting the way she did will make me never return. It's nonsense.

We had a 4 day stay my room never got cleaned during the stay we had to ask for towels every day left a pair of earrings and called within 2 hours and nobody knew nothing and the front desk employee was so rude I will never be back

The manager is absolutely amazing. The front staff were very helpful and nice. It’s a big hotel and I’m not sure they quite have the staff to keep everything pretty clean. The hot tub was very murky as well. The pool was a little out of control, it would be nice if staff would check in to stop some of the activities. The restaurant they have there is pretty pricy. They really do not have many snacks or drinks to choose from. They are also priced high. A tiny bag of goldfish was $2. Again, the staff were great but with all of what we experienced with the cleanliness and the pricing, we won’t be going back.

I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that you offer balcony rooms and charge extra for them, only to find out they aren't accessible. i understand keeping them locked for safety purposes, but dont charge people extra for something they cant use. not to mention that despite selecting and paying for this room with a balcony, they were all sold out and i stayed in a room that went for a rate about $15-$20 less than what i paid for my room. decent hotel, but do a little better.
