"after reading negative views about the property i was concerned about what to expect when i arrived. it did not take long to dismiss my concerns. the room i was given had been remodeled. no carpets. there were signs all over warning of repairs in progress. anytime i needed information or requested assistance, the staff responded immediately. i have only one problem. when we are told that breakfast is available, i expect more than a muffin and a cup of coffee. people should know in advance what is actually available. if it is a "continental" breakfast, then say so. you shouldnt let them believe they are getting a meal. also, i would hope that an option would be available for diabetics, but i wouldnt expect it.
