The whole room seemed like designed and built by somebody looking at Instagram ideas, without any experience with functional design. Bathroom is humungous, but has only one tiny shelf, no ventilation, no drainage for excess water from the tub and limited light. Bathtub (no shower) is useless if you want to stand and unsafe since it rocks and swings if you are not standing directly in the middle. The rest of the room is also huge but again, very limited furniture space for clothing, shades don't go all the way to the wall and chairs have zero back support.
Staff can't be bothered by anything, like letting you know that the room is ready, even though they know you are waiting since morning.
Cafe downstairs forgot to bring us beer and the person who took our order and payment left. Time to get beer = 20 minutes. Then we ordered iced latte. Didn't know what that is, so we said coffe milk ice. After 15 minutes we got the thing, with a dose of sugary syrup. Asked for plain latte, which took another 10 minutes. With no people before or after us. This place needs to step up a little bit. Restaurant upstairs was good for dinner. Breakfast was another story. Again, bothered staff, told us the breakfast is self serve. Except it isn't, eggs have to be ordered and coffee as well. First food delivery was wrong...
