Breakfast wasn’t even half over and they were out of most items. We had to wait 20 minutes for the breakfast person to come back from wherever and refill food. There weren’t even that many people there eating breakfast. Really glad there was a bathtub as I don’t like taking showers; but it could have been cleaner. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Not really sure why there are 2 tvs in the room practically right next to each other; but there were like a thousand channels to choose from.

Room had a nice layout and was clean. We loved having a two bedroom suite. The issues were that air conditioning did not work so the air got very stale as the windows did not open. Also fridge was warm which defeated the purpose of having a kitchenette. Also you can tell that the property was understffed.

Hosts were kind, professional, seen to our needs. Continental breakfast was welldone and clean. Some of the floor coverings were old and need to be replaced but the rooms were nice we easily overlooked the old carpeting because of the friendliness of the management

I wanted to give this a better rating but I have to be honest. It just wasn’t very clean. The floors in lobby, stairs and hallway were all noticeable dirty just needing vacuum would have made them way better. Our room layout was Great and spacious (2 king bed and pull out couch) the problem is we were not able to utilize the pull out couch because the mattress was completely gross(big pee stain!) pull out mattress needs to be replaced!

Convenient location for visiting family. Breakfast bar was lacking in items each day but overall was good. One issue that has happened both times we have stayed here is that the key card stops working for no reason and have to get reset multiple times. But really those our first world problems aren’t they.

The staff is was extremely personable. Check in was quick and painless. The room, a bit run down. When I had an opportunity to walk around, it seems as though the building could use some TLC. Bed and pillows are comfortable (actually slept an hour longer than usual!). Good water pressure.

The hydraulic door closers are worn and allow the very heavy doors to slam. Plus there is no weather strip around the door to cushion the close. I had a family staying right across from me and every morning from 6 - 9, I'm guessing the children would go in and out every 5 - 15 minutes and let the door SLAM each time! It was horrendous. I spoke with the maintenance man and he said "he'd look into it". Well, he didn't while I was there. I also complained to 'Kathy' about it on the way out and she wrote it down. She acknowledge she had been hearing it as well. I told her I couldn't stay there again unless that was addressed!

Heater in room was broken and they must of knew about it because as cold as it has been no one would be able to stay in that room the carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time they spot paint in halls and rooms it looks horrible we stayed there 2years ago and it was very nice the hotel is not cared for the bath towels are old and very small can’t wrap one around yourself very disappointed we will have to stay somewhere else in the future

Check- in took way to long, 30 mins later was asked if anyone was per paid. In which I was, which also but me in front of others that was waiting in line. Other than under staffed front desk my stay was flawless. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great lots of choices to eat
