Great experience as this centrally located property. Staff were able to accommodate an early check in and the complimentary breakfast featured hot food and nice outdoor seating areas.

Great location walkable to all downtown PS has to offer. Nice pool with outdoor bar. Breakfast that was included which was very nice, hot eggs, potatoes and sausage. Staff at breakfast and front desk helpful and freindly

I love staying at these location. Walkable to Main Street Palm Canyon accessible to stores and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious beds are comfortable rooms are clean and the breakfast is really good. Lots to choose from. Can’t wait to go again.

It is conveniently located. I stayed in a room with a spa and the spa was a bit dirty requiring a good flush, but it was enjoyable once cleaned and I enjoyed my stay. The security could be kinder.

The price was very good and the room was clean, but a little small. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It was a bit noisy at night I believe someone was having a party in their room. Overall a good experience.

The location was perfect close to downtown and a casino and many restaurants. The breakfast was good as well. I will definitely go back again.

Great location and had no issues. The property is lovely and very well kept in the courtyard and pool area. Rooms were cleaned daily upon request and staff in reception were helpful and pleasant. The only thing missing was a room safe which would have saved lugging valuables around. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again and would recommend it.

Beautiful older hotel in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Beautiful well kept grounds. However the rooms and infrastructure are pretty worn out (especially the plumbing). In spite of that, we enjoyed our visit.

Really nice room and staff (Ashley) was very helpful, nice pool area to relax. The only thing we didn't like was the room location in the front of the property. The weekends can get very loud in the area and we experienced very loud cars screeching their tires until after 2am. We'll stay there again but pick a quieter area.
