Everything was wonderful! Loved the room , just enough for 3 people . Very cozy . The kitchen had everything that was needed and anything else we needed extra wise was available in the lobby. The only thing was that the washer / dryer didn’t completely dry the clothes . But the clothingwrack helped with drying. Another thing was we wished the front desk would be opened earlier and stayed open longer . Couldn’t grab our luggage’s for 3 days straight .

The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful. Gorgeous view. I liked the shower and it has a nice drying feature to dry your clothes after washing.

Very close to a metro station and easy to commute/walk to Namba which is lovely. Flat was on the small side. Main bedroom small which made it difficult to get out of bed in the night. Lots of additional free services that are available which was great ie mobile wifi box, bikes, rice cooker etc. Shower was fantastic and even had a washing machine. Close to Lawson convenience store. Noise from upstairs flat was quite loud with the children running around. Overall a great location to travel to Universal Studios. Perfect for our 3 night stay in Osaka.

Excellent property and close to transit. Very clean and equipped with good size kitchen. Lots of amenities and free portable wifi provided. Will recommend to anyone going to Osaka.

Location was great, easy to access to train station, shopping, food and everything you need was there. Room was great! Two rooms plus little kitchen and own laundry, can’t ask for more. Perfect for family.

Hotel staff was quick to answer questions and the property offers a lot of extras like bikes and mobile wi-fis. The property is also near multiple stations which is a very big plus.

The Hotel is located near a running-down district, so the immediate environment was a pleasant one. However, very close to several major shopping areas (Namba: 2km walk, so walking is better than taking a train; Q-mall: 1 train station away; Tsūtenkaku Tower: 5 min walk). The room was smaller than I thought, but compared to other hotels, it is a big one. Yet, not fully vacuumed. The good thing about this hotel is that you can wash your clothes and dry every day free of charge.

Located at a quiet street but close to a tram way so you may occasionally hear the tram at night, but a big problem unless you are very super sensitive to noise. It’s close to underground station, family mart, a big restaurant area with drug stores just adjacent to the hotel so it’s very easy to find something to eat or shop for skin cares products. The hotel room is comparatively “big”, we hv 3 people, there is a double bed room with sliding door for 2 people and the living room has a single bed, surprisingly there’s also a sliding door divided the living room and the kitchen area so it turned out a spacious bedroom and all of us have privacy at night while sleeping. After checkout and flied back to our country, my friend noticed that he has left his necklace in bedroom by his own fault, hotel staff is very helpful, they found it and help to courier back within 3 days. Super service. Though it’s not close to the center area of Osaka, it’s a nice, safe and clean hotel for people who want budget travel.

오사카에 다시 간다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다
해외여행이 처음인 남동생과 함께 3박 4일간 지냈어용 숙소가 굉장히 깨끗하고 방도 2개인데다 둘이 쓰기에 넓어서 아주 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다! 그래서 체크아웃할때까지 최대한 깨끗히 사용하려고 노력했어요 화장실도 욕실도 너무 깨끗하고 정갈했구요 1층에서 준비되어있는 많은 양의 수건과 대여할 수 있는 우산들이 있는게 정말 감동이었어요! 준비해주신 덕분에 우산을 사지 않고 잘 이용했습니다! 그리고 셀프 체크인/체크아웃이라 편했어요 다음에 오사카를 가게 된다면 또 예약하고 싶습니다! 여느 호텔보다도 만족스러웠어요 :)

The owner/operator of the property was very nice and helpful. We got a room for three people and there were two rooms with a full functioning kitchen. It is pretty much like a small two bedroom apartment which it really amazing. The room was very cleaning and we help ourselves to the amenities and towels downstairs which I actually prefer. Overall the experience was amazing, 10/10 would stay again!

與 JR 新今官，metro 動物園前，惠美須町都在5 分鐘內路程 旺中帶靜 指示清晰 易搵路 屋內設施齊備 餐具整潔 住得很舒服 唯一係訓露台前的床會比較嘈 因為旁邊是鐵路 但這價錢屬超值 地下有物品補給 有耳塞，梳洗用品 亦有磅放於大堂 會推薦比親友

편하게 지내다왔어요
가족여행으로 다녀왔어요~ 식기류랑 세탁기 냉장고가 있어서 너무 편했어요~ 일찍 도착해서 짐을 어떻게해야하나 걱정했는데 짐 맡아주시고 체크인시간에 방에 올려놔주셔서 편하게 이용했습니다 ^^ 위치도 근처에 역이 3군데 있고 메가돈키도 가까워서 자주 갔어요~ 가족여행 가시는분득 추천해요~~
