With a great distance to the Shinkansen, APA Hotel Shin-Osaka was a fantastic choice, but I did find my food options were limited. The room is what you expect an APA Hotel room to be. Same layout, and same décor. It's well maintained, and very clean in the rooms, with a good choice of amenities. There is A LOT more staff than self check-in machines, the lobby is huge, with plenty of seating, and is very inviting. However, when coming out of the room in the morning, ALL of the cleaning staff's trash bags were outside our room, and their equipment was blocking the corridor before 10am. That wasn't good. Window had no view. It was the side of a faded white building, with no windows, no details, just a wall.

Great hotel with an awesome staff. They went out of the way to make our stay very enjoyable. The only exception in my favorably was the room are extremely small. I understand their reasoning. Just keep in mind, limited space fir clothing and accessories.

The staff were very accomodating, the room is small and don't have cabinet for clothes but i love their bed and their smart tv. Also the negative side was the check out time is 10am but start 9am onwards they always announce the speaker on your room about your check out which is for me is very annoying. All in all Apa hotel still a good a choice.

Very convenient and close to Shin-Osaka station. Love that there was a sento to unwind at night. Unfortunately, the congestion predicting feature was not accurate, and I went to the sento at a time that was very crowded.

This place was amazing, it is a 5 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was really good. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Staff were really nice and accommodating. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

I've never stayed at an APA. But now, I would highly recommended them. Facilties were great. The onsen was a huge bonus. I only had dinner once at the hotel and it was fine. I didn't have the breakfast. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the Shinkansen. The only downside to this is that you're far away from anything else. I had tours planned leaving from south Osaka and Kyoto so I had to factor in the travel time. For the price though, this hotel was a great choice for me.

2 min walk to shin osaka station. got this very last minute and it was very nice. staff have limited english so used a translator but very nice and helpful! limited for everything else but didn’t really bother me as it was just one night.

There 4 Apa hotels around the station and confused. I have to re- enter the reservation information made with Expedia, and desk staff can not scan US passport and credit card.
