Amenities at the hotel are bare. The cereal stays out 24/7 in containers and there is a pancake maker. Coffee in the room was only decaffeinated. Our key worked 1 time. When my husband went to get the card reactivated, the daytime clerk was inflexible about giving him the new card and argumentative. I had to go to the office to explain that my id was in the room and we couldn't retrieve it.I am used to a nicer place for the money.

My family and I didn’t like it and asked for a refund that night but there was no one around for us to cancel the reservation. The room phone didn’t work so I went to the front and no one was available. Also, it took almost 45 minutes for us to check in because the property didn’t have any keys and the individuals weren’t answering the front desk workers calls. As for our room, there were a couple of roaches; the lock hinge on the door was broken; the phone was plugged in but did not work and we were just left to make the most of it because it was super late when we got in town. I called customer service to help fix the situation and was brushed off until the morning and then denied my request because it was the morning (although I requested to cancel and be placed somewhere else around 11pm the night before once I noticed all of the issues).
