「The night staff was amazing! Very polite and helpful! Our room was a bit messy, we found some bugs in the bathroom and the room smelled of cigarette smoke with the a/c on, the flooring was a bit sticky and the air filters had not been cleaned in quite a while」

「Fantastic location and staff. The room itself ok minus the bathroom issues. The sink was clogged. It smelled badly when water was running. Toilet did not have a lid, there was no fan and lastly had a sliding door that didn’t leave anything for privacy. 」

「Everything was great. The room was clean staff was pleasant. We didn't do breakfast but other family told us it was really good. The construction other comments are referring to didn't interfere with our stay at all. Pool and gym were both open. Our stay was quiet, comfortable, and the shower is big enough for my fiance and I to shower together if we wanted and it had amazingly hot water. Will def be our go to when in the area」

「Everything was great and I would definitely come back! Only issue was the toilet didn’t have a handle, but I could have asked for another room. Only stayed for one night so not a huge issue. 」

「The staff was great at getting us what we needed. However, the 5 day stay we didnt recieve any housekeeping. Was suppose to be every other day. We had to ask for trash bags and take them our garbage for them to take out. We also, had to ask for fresh towels due to no housekeeping. Which when we did ask they did get them for us 」
