Good location - convenient for the airport as well as the city centre. Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable and just what we beeded after a long flight. Breakfast in the morning was good too, some different options.

This is the absolutely the best hotel. Allen at the front desk is a rare gem. I checked in on Friday the 26th knowing that the next day Moore was expected to get tornado action. When I asked what floor, I was on (3rd) I asked if there was a room on the first and he immediately changed my room to first floor to make me more comfortable and explained the plan that was in place in the event of a tornado. The sirens did go off that night and we ended up using the plan in place but thankfully the tornado shifted to the east of the hotel. Thank you, Allen, for taking good care of your guest.

Fron t desk service was excelen from Alan! Nights stay was quiet and comfortabl. We did not stay for the "beakfast" as it was pretty much non existant and poor chices at 9:30a.

Overall, our stay was ok. The hotel was being renovated. They did try to make the renovation as minimally invasive as possible which was nice. The area was nice and safe and had many dining options nearby. We did have a few issues during our stay. The first room we checked in to had no soap in the bathroom and had plumbing issues and the toilet wasn't flushing correctly. It was draining, but there was not enough water pressure to fully flush it. We notified the front desk who moved us into a new room around 9pm because they had no maintenance staff. The door to the room they moved us to, was open wheen we got to it and appeared to be half cleaned. The pillows were laying near the foot of the bed with no pillow cases. The bathroom was partially clean. Along the shower and the bathroom floor there were dirty marks. And the grout in the shower had dark spots. After one day in this room we also ran out of body wash in the shower. On our third night there, around 4:00 am, an alarm went off multiple times.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We arrived after an ice storm and the front drive and entry hadn't been salted so it was extremely slippery. The young man working the front desk was very nice but he was there alone and had no idea where anything was or what to do about the ice in front of the door. He said he'd been trying to call someone for help but no one would respond. Then there was a bell/alarm going off around 2am.i had to call the front desk to get that stopped.

This Holiday Inn was fabulous! It was even better because we initially booked the Marriottnext door, it was absolutely horrendous and we are so thankful that Expedia let us cancel for a refund, because we were able to walk right next door and found this place. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom amenities top knotch, staff friendly and helpful, and the best part was their breakfast! It was hot, delicious, and had tons of options! Will definitely book this place again.....and because I can't review the place next door since our stay was canceled....I need to add to never stay at the Marriott close by...despite somehow having good reviews on Expedia...
