Got a key to my room that didn’t work, went to front desk no one there, showed up about 10 minutes later, no sodas in soda machine, couldn’t even find bottled water, empty shampoo bottle in my shower.
Will not recommend nor will I return to that location, I’ll pick another hotel in the area.
This was by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. It was clean, the staff was very kind, it was quiet, and the GM was wonderful and very welcoming! Definitely a day and night difference between this one and the one I stayed at in NW Expressway! 10/10 all the way around.
It was a quick overnight stay. Easy to check in, room was nice and clean, bathroom was larger than other hotels I've stayed at. Staff were helpful and checked me in quickly. Will be reserving another room there for next month.
It was a nice property. The check in manager was very nice and his trainee was doing well under his guidance. The only issue I had was that they said the room was cleaned everyday and when we returned after being out all day, the only thing we had were towels and the trash hadn’t even been emptied. It was the only negative thing I would say about the stay.

The place was clean. The staff were polite and friendly. The entrance was well decorated.
Good location for airport access. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Coffee was MEH, but that's not unusual in my experience. Not sure why hotels like this are often unable to make decent coffee.
The property was a little above average. My complaints were they had no snack bar and the soda vending machine only had water in it. Other than that, they stay was good.
Not the most comfortable king bed. My daughter was sleeping on the pull out bed. There was one pillow and one blanket for her to use. The phone in to room didn’t work so I called down from my phone to see if she could get and extra blanket and was told no, we do not provide anything extra than what’s already in the room. Thought that was pretty strange. I’ve never had a hotel do that. We stayed in room 207 and the street light shined in the window so bright that it looked like it never got dark out. That was even with the curtains pulled.They do put a $100 hold on your card as well which was fine. Overall not a terrible place but won’t be staying there again.
Check was fast & easy upon arrival. The next day i went to go get my kids from their grandparents we went swimming and then went to the room & then got ready & left. I ended up having them stay with their grandparents because not even us being in the room for 10 minutes a receptionist said we got a noise complaint from the people below us and when i went downstairs i noticed the receptionist was below us. My twins are 3 years & my daughter turned 8…. It wasn’t a very kid friendly hotel cause please tell me how I’m able to keep my kids from making noise & having fun
Office is Very defensive in addressing ANY situation. I believe customers come first. Making excuses for hotel employees..not on board for that .had a few issues..they were resolved but not without excuses etc
Check was smooth but our key would not work to our room, when my husband went down there to let the lady know she said that’s not the right room key or room and question my husband, she gave us the room and and room number, anyways got that fixed, The rooms were clean but they did not have any sort of maintenance to fix the toilet that was broken and the microwave. Overall would not stay here again
