While generally clean, there are long-term stains on the furnishings, bathroom tiles, etc. The shower's pressure was so high that you can't use it on your face. They didn't provide shampoo, etc.

All liars, Worst experience with staff， bad service, close to scam! The staff wasn't helping at all and let me chase expedia for no reason. My flight was delayed for 12hours and I called the property to let them know and cancel my first night. The front desk told me because I paid with expedia they will be the one to talk to about that. Called expedia and expedia said the property needs to accept cancelling the first day but they don't accept it. Confronted them at the front desk they said it is up to expedia. So I paid for a night I never used. Also the front desk said they will check me in although I am not there so I won't lose the second night but this shouldn't affect my application for cancelling the first night. All liars!

Good value for money, staff are very nice and accommodating. Area being close to Hell’s Kitchen is a little less ritzy but it is safe. Rooftop is nice but it had no bar, was just a seating or viewing area. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
