This has to be the worst hotel I have ever been to in a long time. The check in was 45 mins at 10pm, there are a ton of check ins for ppl with full families sitting in 1 room, so children are screaming everywhere, the building is under full construction and the staff is miserable. I cannot believe that this is a Radisson.

Hugely overpriced lousy facility and worse service. No prior warning/notification of the extensive, ongoing renovation. Staff were obviously unhappy. Room wasn't properly cleaned. Deeply disappointing experience with Radisson. Expected better.

Location is convenient, but that's literally the only benefit of staying here. The entire property is under construction. Very slow check-in, which is painful when you're just getting off a flight. Very expensive.

The front desk staff was great. The building was under construction which we were not told. The parking was absolutely horrible and unorganized. There was one older guy doing all the work in the lot while the other guy was slow. Took forever to park. The room was clean. I saw what looked like a cockroach downstairs.

Said there was a 24 hour shuttle from the airport. But couldn’t get confirmation from the kiosk call station. Called an Uber and then the shuttle randomly came. Looks like the main floor is under construction so no food.

Be very careful booking through Expedia. They advertised a shuttle for this hotel and there wasn't. Plus they had no record of the booking reference even though I had a booking reference. The icing on the cake was it cost me double when I arrived. Phone ahead to make sure you exist in the system and have lots of room on your credit card. Good luck.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, so the dilapidated lobby and elevators were probably excusable. We had some rowdy neighbours, and thin walls. These neighbours also placed the garbage in clear plastic bags out in the hallways, which apparently is a usual practice at the hotel. On the first night of our stay the fire alarm went off at around 2 or 3 AM - the manager announced on the PA system that they were looking for the source of the fire, then announced that they located it and everything was fine. These things made us uncomfortable and we tried to ascertain through expedia the possibility of terminating our stay and seeking other accommodations. To no one’s surprise, the hotel management told the expedia team that they could not speak with them until after 11 AM (after check out time) and then when they finally spoke they told the expedia team that processing the request for refund would take 3 days (which was the length of the rest of our stay there) in addition, and most horrible of all was that they told the expedia team that the fire alarm was a test!! At 3AM!! - We ended up having to complete our stay there, and the fire alarm went off at 8AM again, in the same circumstances as before on the last day of our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
