This room was definitely one of the best I’ve had in New York. There’s a fully equipped kitchen included in the very spacious room. The stars are very helpful, especially T, she’s so kind and made my stay even better. I will definitely book here again!

The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?
