I arrived at night and they made me stand in the cold for 25-mins while 3 people checked-in through the side window. It was a very windy night, and it made the whole area feel more sketch than I thought it was. I felt frustrated by the lack of communication and slow check-in process with the night clerk, especially as we all waited standing out in the cold. Their demeanor bordered on rudeness, which added to the discomfort of the situation. When I finally got into my room, it was freezing as well and the blankets on the bed where so thin, I had to wear sweat pants and a fleece jacket to bed. Eventually, the room heated up, after the heater was on for some time. Other than that, the room was clean and had most of the amenities you would expect. I will just be staying at another hotel when I come for business in the future. I drove out early to get good sleep before a big important day, any I lost 1-2 hours of sleep to the cold.
