Spa pool was not working when we were there and no towels available by the pool. The room was clean and it was very convenient near the arches park. Just far from where all the food and stores are though.

It was all good except there weren’t pool towels out for the 2 days we were there. We had to ask for them each time we went to the pool. The gal at the front desk was pretty new but she was so nice!

I didn’t sleep well with a noise neighbor guests. I requested a room change next day morning (booked 2 nights). The manager Lillian tried Every trick in the book not to fulfill this simple request. For around 20 minutes back and forth. I asked Expedia to refund and canceled the 2nd night stay. With such a beautiful town but not so beautiful attitude of this hotel manager. What a contrast. After all, I do appreciate her agreed to refund my 2nd night so I can book another hotel.
