The reception staff have scolding personality. They don't treat the customer well. Noise, oh. I was given a room with door to a neighboring room. Of course it was locked, but the door was not sound proof. The neighbors came late, probably after a night in the casino, and had an intimacy episode that was loud enough to keep me awake at and after 2:30am.

We have been to Mystic Lake many times, but we decided to change it up just a little bit this time. We stayed in the Promenade Tower suites, which were very beautiful and comfortable. We also ate at The Meadows Bar & Grill and the food was so delicious! Thank you, Mystic Lake, for making our Mother’s Day Weekend so memorable!

No separate parking for hotel guests. Had to park very far away from the hotel entrance. Felt unsafe walking from my car to the hotel. Staff was very friendly.

The property is well maintained. We stayed in a non smoking room, but there was a hint of cigarette smoke, either from the sheets or from the history. They don’t allow guests to bring their own alcohol to their rooms. I found this to be very odd and inconvenient. There isn’t much to do within walking distance unless you enjoy sub par dining and slot machines. They didn’t have a poker room and they are supposed to be a casino. The pool was the highlight of the stay.

Sheets full of blood, hair and dirt. Not just a stain either. The blood had dried and turned to flakes all over the bed. This bedding was NEVER washed before pur stay. Makes me wonder how often this happens. That night we were told we would be refunded. After 2 months of very slow replies they decided not to refund me, never even gave a reason. Expedia called them for me and they were told they would not refund. Worst hotel experience ive ever had. We have been going to mystic for over 20 years, that was the last time we will ever go back. We have plenty of casino options here in MN, pick somewhere different.

There was more staff than our last stay the pool was open all the food court was open there was ALLOT more people the last time there was hardly any. The man that checked us in was really sweet

Clean room, amazing shower and the bed was comfy but the pillows weren’t great. Nice casino with tons of slots but also very packed so it was hard to get any of the machines we wanted. All in all, it was a great stay.
