Mis papás fueron recibidos muy bien, estuvieron de visita el durante la visita de los Astros a la ciudad, y a pesar que hubo muy mucha gente dentro del hotel, los del staff fueron muy atentos a mis papás que son casi de la tercera edad. Les sorprendió la arquitectura y decoración del hotel. Muy bien.

The service was great open bar 24/7 beer soda coffe and other ammenities included breakfast buffet also included. Definitely reccomend if i could give the a higher rating i would definitely give it

Very nice and clean hotel right in the historical area of Mexico City. The area was easy to get to and be picked up at. The staff were great and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful and clean hotel! When we arrived they immediately assisted us with our luggage and offered us fresh cucumber water and a shot of tequila. They informed us on hotel amenities and concierge services.The following day we came back to our hotel room after a long day of sightseeing and to our surprise we had a note from Fernanda, roses, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary! Who does that? Lovely surprise!From the minute we arrived it was a wonderful experience! All of their staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and housekeeping team kept our room organized.They also have a 24 hour cafe that offers a variety of items including beer, a breakfast buffet that offers many delicious options like chilaquiles,pancakes and fresh fruit! We also took a tour that was offered with our stay.Then on our last day Albert “El Capitan” sent us two mimosas with our friendly waiter Esteban. The reason why I mention this is because they knew it was our last day which we did not mention, that meant they communicate with each other to create memorable experiences for their guests! Even without all of those extra perks that make this hotel amazing I would recommend staying here because they have a professional staff throughout the hotel who are always ready to assist and make your stay memorable! I wish I could remember all the names of the wonderful staff so I could thank them by name.I can’t wait to return!

I wish I could give them more stars!! I’ve stayed in a few hotels by the Zocalo, and this is the one I will be returning to moving forward! It’s spotless, and the staff is extremely kind. The food on the terrace is class A and the overall atmosphere is enchanting. Consider staying here, you won’t regret it!
