"B&B nestled in the hill country 30 minutes from Alishan National Park/visitor area. We were upgraded to a room with a view and two King’s beds. The staffs are very courteous, helpful, and engaging, make the guests feel at home. The facility is well maintained. No pest intrusion into the cabin. A 20 min walk/hike to see Alishan sunrise.(level is moderate) "

"Beautiful property, free tea tasting, and very wonderful host. Host was a pleasure to talk to and was always available for any assistance we needed. Had great recommendations for food and hikes nearby. He also took the time to show us his family’s tea farm only 2 minutes away. The views were incredible. Alishan Recreational Forest was only 30-40 minutes away. There is machine laundry, but clothes need to be air dried. However, there are enough lines and fans to allow the clothes to dry...

"This was an over-night stay location for our multi-day road trip. But Taliwen B&B was so nice that we will probably use it as a place to stay for our future activities in the area. The B&B is spacious and comfortable, The host is friendly and curteous. Love it!"

"Lovely B&B, spacious room with beautiful hardwood furniture in the more traditional colonial style. However, there is no elevator nor electric kettle, only a hot water flask upon request for hot water, so we did not use. Breakfast is good for people who like simple organic food, freshly served but no choice and no coffee. "
