We had a bad experience with customer's service. I wish they would consider Customer's options. We are willing to pay extra if we have extra person showed up for check in, but they insist at making us book another room when online said the rooms sleeps 4person which is the total of person showed up. (Also our fault to have showed up with more than what the booking, but it was the last min that a relative just wanted to experience Manila Bay),then checked us in with room where AC doesn't work. Although we appreciate they moved us to a diff room, the AC still doesnt work as expected. It's convenient place to stay where our appointment was, just hoping they would have listen to customer's concern.
