Staff checked us in just after 2pm without any issue and we chose to park at NCP Store Street instead of the one suggested by the hotel as it was £7.95 (£9.95 if not paying on the NCP app) for 24 hrs instead of 19.50 at the suggested one. Well presented room, nice bathroom with walk in shower. Had a small fridge too which was handy for drinks. Only downside was the tv worked intermittently. Would definitely stay here again.
