Perfect spot. Perfect Price.
Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful! Room was nice and comfortable with great AC. Location is within walking distance to so many things! Let's talk about that breakfast though... Hands down, absolutely, the BEST breakfast I've had in a very long time. Not only was there a wide selection, everything was delicious. I honestly can't imagine visiting Manaus again and not staying here. In fact, I plan on it!

Excellent all-round. Room was clean and of a good size. The necessary habitual comforts were there, from clothes hangars, and AC, to a fridge and desk. The water pressure was good too, and soaps and towels were naturally provided. Though of a poor standard there was indeed a gym with enough equipment for a work-out. The pool was also good, though more for families and kids, it even contained a waterfall. For the price paid, I would recommend 100%

The property is well located. The rooms are clean but the air conditioning is very cold with no blankets. The hot shower did not work on the morning I left. The restaurant has 2 out of the approx. 15 items on the menu. and no beer.

the property was near the downtown area. the pool was beautiful and friendly. the air conditioner worked great. their was plenty of hot water, cold drinks and great food.

The breakfast was pretty good. The facilities are poorly maintained. The lobby and first few floors of the building smells like sewer. We were only given one towel for the two of us. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. The bed sagged very badly, enough to give almost anybody a backache after a night or two. The experience was bad enough that, for the first time ever, we checked out of a hotel early and went somewhere else.

Not a bad place to stay. Slightly dirty from US standards. Worked for the few nights we were in manaus. Seems to be in a decent part of downtown, walking distance from the sights of the city.

O hotel tinha tudo pra ser bom, ele tem academia, mas os equipamentos estão quebrados, ele tem o pior colchão que eu já deitei na minha vida, ele tem porta com abertura automática, mas ela não funciona, os funcionários cobram insistentemente por diárias que já estão pagas. O ponto positivo é a localização e o café da manhã que é bom.

Horrível .
Simplesmente os elevadores não funcionam sempre, várias pessoas ficam presa no elevador(INCLUSIVE EU 3vezes ) fiquei em pânico ! Transtorno total !!!. Todos os dias o elevador se encontra em manutenção pela manhã , a limpeza não existe ! 2 camareiras para um hotel . Só fazem a limpeza do quarto de 3 em 3 dias e quando vão fazer dizem que tem até as 16:30 pra executar a limpeza . Recepcionista que (MESMO QUE PEÇA CONFIDENCIALIDADE EXPÕE INFORMAÇÕES DE QUARTO , HÓSPEDES ) mesmo que peça sigilo . Único bom é o gerente que por sinal faz de tudo para que o trabalho melhore. Sou estudante de direito e sai uma semana antes do hotel mesmo pago porque é horrível . Único bom é a piscina . Academia com a maioria dos aparelhos quebrados . Encontrei DROGAAA NO QUARTO . ) ( Não foi limpo antes do hóspede chegar . Funcionários desmotivados e sem vontade de fazer o hotel ter sucesso ! Trabalho com público e sei que merecemos bem mais do que eles entregam . Enfim ……!

Fiquei no quarto 802 no oitavo andar. Fujam desse quarto. Impossível dormir tem 3 máquinas de ar-condicionado colada na parede que faz um barulho infernal e ainda por cima vibra toda a parede. Tentei trocar de quarto mas não fui atendido. A internet muito ruim, oscilava direto.

Corredores, banheiro e quarto cheirando a cigarro. O estacionamento cheio de entulhos. Precisa de várias manutenções em todo o prédio. Dentro do quarto a parede estava toda quebrada. Os travesseiros todo amarelo cheio de Ácaros. O café da manhã foi bom. Mas não é bem como mostra nas fotos. Uma sugestão e cobrir os bolos, pois sentava mosca o tempo todo. Com relação ao atendimento tudo certo.

Primeiro quando cheguei, me cobraram um valor maior que eu tinha reservado pelo app hotels e atendente me fez ligar pra central de atendimento pra resolver inclusive a mesma que estava na recepçã (2pessoas apenas) não foi agradável, não sabia não quis explicar sobre estacionamentos próximos, não estão preparadas pra atendimento a hotel. E quando recebi a chave do quarto estava todo bagunçado não haviam limpado O hotel estava cheio , e todos hóspedes(novo) que chegavam esperavam mas de 1h pra liberarem os quartos. O gerente Osvaldo bem atencioso e resolveu minha situação. Camas com colchão que afundam , acordávamos com dores nas costas. Fui em família, esposo e filho. Central de ar-condicionado não esfriava bem, tivemos que assistir tutorial na internet pra ajeitar.
