I liked everything about this hotel. It was clean, quiet, room was big. Just one thing I wasn’t too happy about, bathroom didn’t offer too much privacy. It was perfect for a couple or for a husband and wife, but my stay was with a friend, so we struggle to give privacy to each other.

Nice in general, I had an issue with the restaurant staff, I requested room service, but went out for 15 minutes to get some stuff I needed. When I came back, I call front desk to ask about my food. The front desk clerk said to me on the phone that they had already visit my room to bring the food and as I was not there to open the door the guy that was attending was not willing to bring again the food. So what I had was room “self” service. !! When I came to bring my food from the restaurant the same guy that did not serve me before, told where the food was and remind me how upset he was because I was not in my room when he visited me (double scold) … another issue with the restaurant staff was when I requested to lend me a Wine opener to open a bottle of wine I purchase at the store to share with my wife in my room. At first st he told me he would open it if I pay him 5€ !!! Of course I was not willing to Pay anithing for the courtesy perfecto opening the bottle, so I told him that I will do it. He decided to help! Then I ask for to glasses and he said I have to pay €2 each to take the glasses to my room. Given the inconveniente I has I told him thirst it was ok, after all the troubles they did not charge anything. The clerics at front desk were fine, the personnel at the restaurant in general not good

The hotel furniture and decor was a bit outdated. The front desk were nice and helpful. The hotel has shuttle to the airport, which was the reason why we stayed here. There are no food places or coffee shops near by, there was a Chinese restaurant around the corner we tried that was good and affordable. The hotel had easy and walkable access to the metro. This is a 3-star hotel, yet the price was a bit high.

Second time at the hotel. We spent one night because we had to travel the next day to another city. The hotel has transportation to and from airport which we like. Property is clean, staff is very nice. Recommend for sure
