Room we first got smelled terribly of smoke in a non-smoking room. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating and got us a new room just down the hall. Sadly, didn't help. Next room may have even been worse but the smell was now smoke and cleaning chemicals. Didn't want to ask for a third room now as I'm sure it would have been the exact same.
The room got worse through the night as it seemed like vents were sending in smoke through the bathroom. Went in there to shower in the morning and it smelled as if someone had been smoking in there the whole night. Our clothes reaked of smoke by the time we were in the next hotel free of those smells. Wife and kids woke up all congested, just not a great night at all.
Didn't help that the PGA championship was in town and we didn't know. This hotel was twice as expensive as another weekend.
Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options and staff were friendly and helpful.
If all the rooms are like this then this is a big issue. Never been to a hotel where the rooms were this bad. Hope it gets fixed for future customers.

The carpening in the room looks gold. And dirty need an update. The rest of the hotel looks ok.

The first thing you see when you pull up is 2 broken down cars right outside the driveway and one of them looks like someone is living in it, Very loud outside and constant traffic all night long in and out. Breakfast was good and all of the workers were extremely nice. Rooms and hallways could use some updating but they were clean,

The hotel does a very poor job of customer service from the very beginning - desk agent didn't ever smile just pointed to the sign for the $100 deposit and handed us the key. Hallway, elevator (missing tiles on the floor and something spilled all over controls) and room was filthy. In fact, I had them move us to a different room because the coverlet was dirty and unwashed and they said they could not get the maid service to clean the room - what? I took a picture of the mattress that had bedbug stains on the side and the coverlet to show the front desk, but they simply moved someone else into the room. At the entrance of the hotel were two cars - one burned out and the other missing tires, making it look like a very bad place to park. The "manager" went in to our new room without asking (caught him coming out as we returned earlier than expected) and he said nothing to us - was talking on the phone. The carpet in the rooms were filthy - wouldn't walk on the floor with bare feet - and I found several large stains on the chairs in the room. Quality Inn should be ashamed of themselves for letting their rooms and hotel get into this condition - and I paid $200 a night to stay there. Won't happen again and I will be giving a very poor rating on Google.
