Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom that means it might not always be convenient if you are sharing with friends rather than family. Personally I would prefer if the bathroom is not en suite. Overall it was a very good experience

Excellent staff and clean rooms!! I can’t say enough about the staff, they were so friendly and accommodating. Kept our luggage for the day since we arrived early, kept them for the weekend as we stayed a couple days in York, then again after we checked out so we could make use of the day before leaving for the airport. Room was large, clean with washer/dryer and small fridge. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a good stay here. There are many things the hotel has going for it (location-short walk to several tube stations Covent Garden area, 1 functioning lift/elevator, Nespresso machines in-room, cleanliness, modern/new furniture, toiletries provided-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion). However, our lack of a good air conditioning unit was a total dealbreaker for me. I would not stay here again simply for that issue alone. It’s a shame because they have some great things going for them, but we were absolutely boiling the entire time we were in our room and dreaded having to go to sleep at night since it was so stuffy. We resorted to opening the window when possible, but it ended up getting too hot (early May) to do it at the end of our stay. This shouldn’t be the case. If a place is advertising air conditioning - it should be fully functional and work very well. There was no AC in the halls which I understand has to do with the old building design, but being on the 4th floor I suppose made the hallways feel like a smothery sauna.

This was my second stay at The Lincoln Suites. It's very conveniently located, a short walk from West End theaters, the Holburn tube station and the Alwydch bus stops. In the evening, it's very quiet and there's very little foot traffic. There is a 24 hour front desk. Check-in was very quick. The apartment was spotless, well laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. I had an issue with the towel warmer and it was promptly taken care of. I'm an American tourist, so needed to learn how to turn on the induction stove and the combo washing/machine dryer. The staff was very patient with me. Recommended.
